Nusret aka ‘Salt Bae’ Gets The Royal Seal of Approval

It seems that not only did internet sensation and the iconic man behind the memes, chef and restaurant owner Nusret Gökçe aka ‘Salt Bae’ appealed to the masses, but also now the royals.
Following the recent visit of Abu Dhabi’s Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to India for their 68th Republic Day, the Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces visited one of Nusret’s restaurants in the UAE. Can’t say we’re surprised.
Salt Bae himself tweeted this photo of him with the Crown Prince

It’s no surprise though, seeing as the memes have turned into more than just the sensationalised salt sprinkling over meat
