HH Sheikh Mohammed Has Just Announced 2018 Will Be The ‘Year Of Zayed’
Born in 1918, next year will mark 100 years since the birth of HH Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, founder of the UAE.
He served as President of the United Arab Emirates since the formation of the Federation in December 1971 and as Ruler of Abu Dhabi since 1966.
HH Sheikh Mohammed tweeted yesterday that 2018 will mark the ‘Year of Zayed’.
The year will reinforce his legacy, commemorate his achievements and show to the world the people of the UAE are faithful to the creator of the UAE.
