National Day in the UAE is a significant occasion marking the federation of the seven emirates in 1971. It’s a time of national pride and celebration, characterized by impressive fireworks, cultural events, and so much more. The streets are adorned with the UAE flag, creating a festive atmosphere. So, mark your calendars ’cause the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MoHRE) announced this year’s National Day holiday dates.
Last year, they announced that December 1 (Commemoration Day) was a public holiday alongside December 2 and 3. Alternatively, this year, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation stated that December 2 and 3, Saturday and Sunday, will be a paid public holiday.
