For a high end restaurant, you would expect better service. From the beginning, they could not find my reservations because they had put an incorrect name. When the food came, it was hot and tasted fresh, so that was great! I didnt like one of the drinks that I ordered and told them within the first 2 minutes. I was told “we already punched it in. Cant do anything about it”. It was very dismissive and a bit shocked at the reply but it was acceptable enough. Later, when it was time for the bill, they had charged me for several items at different price ranges than first told about. They said only a selected few items were part of the days deal, yet I asked when seated about the specifics and was not given this information. Very unprofessional. This is information that guests should be aware of when seated. The atmosphere was nice and quiet, easy to have conversations and a nice view. Overall, good food, an ok experience but horrible service.
