A warning to all the Indian expats living in the UAE was issued by the Embassy on Thursday.<\/p>\n
The Embassy of India has warned its citizens against some some fraudsters who are tricking people into believing they represent the authorities here.<\/p>\n
It shared a public notice on Twitter urging expats to be vary of these unknown callers.<\/p>\n
In the message, the Embassy said these callers, calling from the number 02-4492700, ask victims to deposit money in various bank accounts in the name of the Indian Embassy.<\/p>\n

The authorities are urging citizens to be careful of this scam and not entertain such calls.<\/p>\n
