Property Finder revealed its data sharing the most preferred places to live in apartments<\/h2>\n

Of these places, they recorded the most preferred choices for those to own an apartment from January to April as:<\/p>\n

  2. Yas Island<\/li>\n
  3. Al Raha Beach<\/li>\n
  4. Saadiyat Island<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Property Finder recorded these 4 places as the most preferred areas to own an apartment for investment or residency. Also, they noted a 7% increase in the average asking price for apartments during January – April 2023 in comparison to January – April 2022.<\/p>\n

    That’s not all, Property Finder also identified the most preferred places to live and rent an apartment as:<\/p>\n

    2. Khalifa City<\/li>\n
    3. Al Raha Beach<\/li>\n
    4. Corniche Road<\/li>\n
    5. Al Khalidiya<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      People in Abu Dhabi still prefer to rent apartments in these places despite a 7% increase in rental prices from January – April. This increase comes in comparison to January – April 2022.<\/p>\n

      The data also revealed the most preferred places to live in and own villas<\/h2>\n

      Property Finder stated that these 5 areas are the most preferred area to invest in villas and townhouses:<\/p>\n

      3. Al Reef<\/li>\n
      4. Khalifa City<\/li>\n
      5. Al Reem Island<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        The average rental prices from January – April 2023 rose by 7% compared to those months in 2022.<\/p>\n

        That’s not all, Property Finder also identified these 5 areas as the most preferred places to live and rent a villa:<\/p>\n

        2. Mohammed Bin Zayed<\/li>\n
        3. Yas Island<\/li>\n
        4. Al Reef<\/li>\n
        5. Saadiyat Island<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Additionally, a slight 2% rise was recorded in the average rent prices for villas.<\/p>\n

          Lastly, Property Finder discovered an interesting rise in greener choices in Abu Dhabi<\/h2>\n

          The data revealed that Masdar City emerged as one of the most searched areas in Abu Dhabi. Also, the average price of apartments in Masdar City in January – April 2023 was:<\/p>\n

          2. 2-Bedroom – AED1.1 million<\/li>\n
          3. 3-Bedroom – AED1.8 million<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
