Mangrove trees are remarkable coastal ecosystems, thriving in the challenging interface between land and sea. So, Abu Dhabi decided to plant 10 mangrove trees for every visitor attending COP28.<\/p>\n

Mangroves play a pivotal role in reducing the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. Furthermore, they offer a haven for countless species of birds, fish, and crustaceans.<\/p>\n

Under the patronage of Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed, Abu Dhabi is planting 10 mangrove trees for every visitor at COP28<\/h2>\n

Mangroves exemplify nature’s resilience and interconnectedness, making them a symbol of conservation and environmental stewardship.<\/p>\n
