Crown Prince Al Hussein Just Put Jordan on the Global Stage at Expo 2025 Osaka!

Jordan just had a major moment on the global stage — and Crown Prince Al Hussein was right at the center of it.

This week, His Royal Highness flew to Osaka, Japan to take part in the Jordanian National Day at Expo 2025, and let’s just say: it was more than just a flag-raising. Think music, tradition, diplomacy, and a touch of Jordanian magic.

Held every five years, the World Expo is where countries come together to flex their culture, tech, and innovation — and of course, Jordan showed up in style. At the National Day ceremony, Crown Prince Al Hussein joined Princess Hisako of Takamado from the Japanese Imperial Family to celebrate the occasion.

The vibe? Proud, powerful, and beautifully Jordanian.

From live musical performances to the unmistakable sounds of the Jordan Armed Forces Music Band, the ceremony brought a real taste of Jordan to Japan. Attendees also enjoyed a stunning visual journey through Jordan’s iconic tourist spots — Petra, Wadi Rum, Jerash… the whole gang made an appearance.

According to Abed Al Razzaq Arabiyat, the man behind the magic and Managing Director of the Jordan Tourism Board, the goal of the pavilion is to simulate what it’s actually like to explore Jordan — think of it as a mini trip through time, nature, and history.

From the sounds of it, visitors can expect a hands-on, immersive experience that captures the essence of the Kingdom. Arabiyat made it clear: if you want a tourism experience that’s unforgettable, you know where to book your next flight.

Even World Expo 2025 Minister Ito Yoshitaka gave the pavilion a shoutout, applauding the creativity and effort behind Jordan’s showcase.

The Crown Prince didn’t just attend the ceremony — he also joined Princess Hisako for a special luncheon, highlighting the strong ties between Jordan and Japan. It’s another reminder of how far Jordan has come in building meaningful global relationships, all while staying true to its roots.

Seeing Jordan’s culture celebrated on such a massive international platform is a proud moment for all of us. From heritage to hospitality, the message was clear: Jordan isn’t just participating, it’s shining.

Whether you’re into cultural diplomacy or just love seeing Jordan on the world map (literally), this was a beautiful reminder of what we bring to the table.
