He praised that the Southern Badia boasts unique tourist destinations, emphasizing that the archeological sites in Wadi Rum are unparalleled globally, transforming the region into a renowned international tourist hotspot.

Participants in the assembly, held as part of His Highness’s engagements in the governorates and Badia regions on the occasion of the Silver Jubilee, highlighted advancements achieved under the King’s guidance over the past 25 years, spanning political, administrative, tourism, agricultural, and military domains, including the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army.

Upon his arrival at the meeting in Wadi Rum, His Highness received a poetic rendition as a welcome gesture.

The King joined the attendees for iftar (breaking of fast) and observed the Maghreb prayer with the gathering also featured poetry readings and a traditional As-Samer performance.
