Jadal for Knowledge and Culture, in collaboration with Lama Al-Sharaiah, invites you to participate in it’s upcoming “Expressive Painting Workshop”. If you find yourself struggling with stress, focusing on everyday tasks, or maintaining mental awareness, join this workshop in a safe and non-judgmental space.
During the workshop, you’ll be introduced to different expressive techniques to enhance self-understanding and exploration. These techniques can also be applied in journaling. The workshop includes:
Each participant will receive a bag with a small notebook for journaling and basic painting tools.
Date & Time: Friday, 2nd of August, from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M.
