Amman lit up this weekend as Berlin’s electronic collective Keinemusik brought their music to Jordan for the very first time. On Saturday, Adam Port and Rampa performed at Qasr Al Mushatta, an 8th century Umayyad desert palace just outside the city, turning the historic site into a dance floor under the stars.

The event was billed as a Recovery Sunset Session, starting in the afternoon and carrying on until 10 pm. Golden hour light spilled across the ruins as the music built up, with fans arriving early to catch the sunset and staying late to dance beneath the night sky.
Qasr Al Mushatta proved to be a venue like no other. Its ancient stone walls and open-air courtyards created a dramatic backdrop for the hypnotic deep house beats Keinemusik is known for. The contrast between the centuries-old palace and Berlin’s modern sound made the night unforgettable.
For Amman, this event marked an important moment. Hosting internationally acclaimed DJs in a venue as unique as Qasr Al Mushatta shows the city’s growing appeal as a cultural and nightlife destination. It also proves there is demand for more large-scale electronic music events that blend heritage with modern energy.
Keinemusik, founded in Berlin in 2009, is made up of Adam Port, Rampa, &ME, and other collaborators. The collective has built a global following with its signature deep house and afro-house influences. Their sets are known for creating immersive moods, and their choice of venues is often as striking as the music itself.
