Lebanon received another round of humanitarian assistance from Jordan on Monday, as part of the Kingdom’s continued efforts to aid the crisis-stricken country. This marks the second shipment within just two weeks, further underscoring the strong ties and solidarity between the two nations.

The Lebanese Army Command announced that a Royal Jordanian Air Force aircraft landed in Lebanon, carrying essential humanitarian supplies. This latest shipment was delivered in the presence of Jordanian Ambassador to Lebanon, Waleed Hadid, and a representative from the Lebanese Army. The event highlights the ongoing partnership and close collaboration between Jordan and Lebanon during these challenging times.
Jordan’s second shipment of aid was dispatched following directives from His Majesty King Abdullah, as part of a broader initiative to support Lebanon through its ongoing difficulties. A Royal Jordanian Air Force cargo plane departed on Sunday, bound for Beirut. The aid provided by Jordan is intended to assist Lebanon in addressing the pressing needs of its people, as the country grapples with severe hardships due to Israeli bombardment. Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati conveyed his heartfelt thanks to His Majesty King Abdullah of Jordan during a recent phone call. He praised Jordan’s consistent support and its willingness to help Lebanon at multiple levels.
The Jordan Armed Forces–Arab Army (JAF) released a statement confirming that the C-130 cargo plane carried critical supplies to aid Lebanon. This second round of aid reflects Jordan’s commitment to helping Lebanon navigate its current challenges, and the cooperation between both armies ensures the effective distribution of these vital resources.
