The team, made up of everything from orthopedic and joint surgeons, and anesthesiologists to Gaza due to the high level of trauma patients usually encountered. This month, the hospital has treated 5,064 cases, ranging from minor cuts and lacerations to 31 major surgeries.
Since beginning their mission in Gaza, the medical team from the Jordanian Field Hospital has treated a total of 3 million cases among the people of Gaza.
The director of the hospital stated, “The surgeries conducted by specialized medical staff are part of the medical and therapeutic services provided to the people in Gaza.”
