The leaders called on the international community to ensure the unrestricted delivery of adequate humanitarian aid into the sector to alleviate the suffering of those affected. This solution envisions the establishment of an independent, sovereign Palestinian state based on June 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital, as the foundation for a just and comprehensive settlement of the Palestinian issue.
