Well, if you’ve missed this Syrian startlet, then you’ll be happy to know that she’s been spotted with the head of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate, Muyayad Al-Lami. Why? Because she was honored his patronage of the Iraqi-Arab Media Forum. This event was held at the IJS’s headquarters in Baghdad, highlighting the pressing challenges faced by Arab media amidst the ongoing digital transformation and the revolution in AI.

In collaboration with First Lady Magazine, celebrating its first anniversary, the forum brought together a distinguished gathering of Arab media representatives. Notable attendees included former Lebanese Minister of Media George Qirdahi, journalist Saeed Shabib, and prominent female journalists Rabaa Al-Zayat and Bossi Shalabi. The event also saw the presence of the acclaimed Syrian star Nisreen Tafesh.

The forum commenced with a welcoming speech by Mr. Moayed Al-Lami, who emphasized the critical role of Arab media in navigating the rapidly evolving digital landscape. He highlighted the necessity for media professionals to adapt to new technologies and harness the power of AI to enhance their work while maintaining journalistic integrity and authenticity.
