A group of young people has come together to take action to address these challenges.<\/h2>\n

Baghdad, Iraq – In a striking demonstration of grassroots environmental activism, the youth of Baghdad, Local NGOs orchestrated a significant event on the banks of the historic Tigris River. This noteworthy initiative not only underscored the local commitment to environmental preservation but also enjoyed the participation of the Canadian Ambassador, signifying international cooperation in the realm of environmental conservation. A unique facet of this event was the conscientious decision to minimize the use of plastic bottles, reflecting the global urgency to tackle plastic waste.<\/p>\n
