data-end=\"361\"><strong data-start=\"256\" data-end=\"279\">Helmet Requirement:<\/strong> <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded-sm px-px py-[0.2rem]\">All motorcycle riders are mandated to wear a protective helmet (commonly known as a &#8220;kawda&#8221;) at all times while operating their vehicles.<\/span>\u200b<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"363\" data-end=\"472\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"365\" data-end=\"472\"><strong data-start=\"365\" data-end=\"390\">Passenger Limitation:<\/strong> <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded-sm px-px py-[0.2rem]\">Motorcycles are permitted to carry only one passenger in addition to the driver, and both must wear helmets.<\/span>\u200b<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"474\" data-end=\"580\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"476\" data-end=\"580\"><strong data-start=\"476\" data-end=\"498\">Operational Hours:<\/strong> <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded-sm
