She’s BEEN breaking world-records!

Mariam’s latest challenge is not her first groundbreaking achievement, but she has repeatedly made history before. First in 2016, when she became the first Gulf woman to swim across the English Channel (21-miles), and once again in 2017, when she became the first swimmer to cross Dubai creek (24 kilometers).

She’s committed to pushing boundaries in the world of sports!

A real inspo to all

These achievements inspire athletes across the region, especially women looking to break into competitive sports. Mariam’s journey just shows that with determination, preparation and perseverance, no goal is ever too far to reach (even if it’s across the ocean).
