Bahraini Royals Welcomed Syrian President Ahmed Al Shara’a To The Kingdom
His Excellency Ahmad Al Sharaa, President of the Syrian Arab Republic, arrived in the Kingdom of Bahrain last week for an official visit.
Upon arrival, he was warmly welcomed at the airport by His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of HM the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs.
Later at Sakhir Palace, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received President Al Sharaa and the accompanying delegation
The meeting was attended by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
President Al Sharaa was greeted by senior Bahraini officials upon arrival at the palace, and His Majesty extended a warm welcome to him and his delegation, wishing the Syrian leader success in achieving the aspirations of the Syrian people.
During their discussions, the two leaders reviewed bilateral relations and explored ways to enhance cooperation across various sectors.
They also exchanged views on regional developments and joint efforts to support security and stability in the region, including the latest updates on the situation in Syria

At the conclusion of the meeting, His Majesty hosted a luncheon in honor of President Al Sharaa and his delegation, reflecting the depth of Bahraini-Syrian ties and the Kingdom’s continued support for Syria and its people!
