HM King Hamad Reaffirms Peace, Condemns Attacks And Praises Armed Forces
His Majesty King Hamad of Bahrain recently delivered a significant Ramadan Address before the final 10 days, where he firmly reiterated the nation’s unwavering commitment to peace and stability. He strongly condemned recent ‘unprecedented attacks that cannot be justified’ and lauded the exceptional bravery and vigilance of Bahrain’s armed forces for their crucial role in safeguarding the kingdom.
During his recent Ramadan Address, King Hamad spoke with a serious tone, highlighting the gravity of the situation concerning ‘unprecedented attacks that cannot be justified’
He emphasized that these actions are unacceptable and cannot be excused under any circumstances. His speech underscored the nation’s collective resolve in the face of challenges, emphasizing the paramount importance of security and stability for all citizens and residents within the kingdom.
Bahrain’s commitment to peace
King Hamad made it crystal clear that Bahrain ‘condemns any attacks under any pretext by Iran,’ firmly stating that the kingdom ‘has been and will remain a state of peace that has never initiated to provoke anyone.’ He further stressed Bahrain’s consistent adherence to the path of ‘cooperation and good neighborliness,’ reinforcing its deep-seated dedication to fostering regional harmony and promoting peaceful coexistence among all nations.
Praising the brave armed forces
The King expressed immense pride and ‘highly valued’ the ‘high level of commitment demonstrated by our armed forces, by its brave men and all of its agencies.’ He specifically commended their outstanding ‘readiness, vigilance, and responsibility, patriotism,’ acknowledging their ‘firm defense that thwarted those attempts and safeguarded the security of the nation and the safety of its citizens and residents.’ This remarkable and unwavering effort, he noted, is something the entire nation takes immense pride in and will forever be ‘immortalized in the national memory with pride’ for generations to come.
