The New Muharraq Bridge Could Be Completed By Early 2025

Excitement fills the air as the Works Ministry puts in work on a new bridge connecting Muharraq and Manama. The new project featuring a loop road bridge, is promising easier travel and anticipations of less traffic jams in Bahrain. Funded by the Saudi Fund for Development, this strategic project is a game-changer for Bahrain’s infrastructure.

A BD94 million Signature Bridge will be soaring 93 meters above sea level and will be 550 meters in length

Not stopping there, the Muharraq Ring Road Project also includes the Muharraq ring road, connecting north Busaiteen and Bahrain Bay. And that’s not all, Bahrain will also be expanding the Amwaj entrance to Hidd, and revamping the Hidd interchange.

Here’s to hoping for less traffic! 😅
