The King Fahd Causeway is a 25 kilometer long bridge that connects Bahrain to the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. This bridge is used on the daily, and so totalling to more than MILLIONS of drivers yearly!

The King Fahd Causeway has recently adjusted the speeding limits along the causeway, reducing the speed limit to 80km/hr from the previous 100km/hr forcing drivers to slow down.

Adopting to the revised speed limit
In a move aimed at prioritising safety and enhancing traffic flow, this change will now need to be adapted by commuters and travellers, to create a safer and more manageable environment for all of the causeways users.
Those found exceeding the speed limit will be fined
