HH Sheikh Isa Represented Bahrain At The Pope Inauguration

His Highness Sheikh Isa Bin Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, representing his Majesty King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa, attended the inauguration of His Holiness Pope Robert Prevost (Leo XIV) at St. Peter’s Square in the Vatican.

The event saw the gathering of global leaders and dignitaries, marking a moment of international unity and respect.

His Highness Sheikh Isa Bin Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa conveyed warm wishes from Majesty King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa, and his Royal Highness Prince Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to His Holiness Pope Leo XIV.

Bahrain truly showed its support

During the ceremony, His Highness Sheikh Isa Bin Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa highlighted the strong and enduring relationship between Bahrain and the Vatican. He emphasized their collaborative efforts to foster harmony, coexistence, and mutual understanding across nations.

His Highness also reaffirmed Bahrain’s dedication to strengthening ties with the Vatican. The goal is to elevate cooperation to address global humanitarian issues, promoting dialogue, peace, and tolerance on a worldwide scale.

His Highness reiterated Bahrain’s unwavering commitment, under the guidance of His Majesty The King, to advance interfaith and intercultural dialogue. He also highlighted the Kingdom’s support for global initiatives that promote peace and mutual understanding.

This commitment reflects His Majesty’s visionary leadership and the government’s efforts, led by his Royal Highness The Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to establish Bahrain as a central hub for human dialogue and tolerance.
