Progress advanced quickly
The second phase of the Sitra Housing Project saw remarkable progress, with construction for 531 housing units reaching 90% completion. Her Excellency Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, confirmed this positive update during a recent field visit, highlighting the project’s adherence to its ambitious timeline.
Infrastructure work neared completion
Not only were the homes themselves nearly finished, but the essential infrastructure work for this phase also achieved an impressive 80% completion. This strong alignment between building and infrastructure development ensures a smooth transition for future residents, emphasizing a well-planned and coordinated effort.
First phase delivered to beneficiaries
Looking back, the first phase of the Sitra Housing Project, which included 1,077 units and additional residential plots, had already been successfully delivered. This earlier success sets a positive precedent for the upcoming second phase, promising more homes for those eagerly awaiting them!
