The service was great and the atmosphere was very medieval. We visited because my boyfriend loves medieval films and fictional characters- also it was his birthday so I wanted him to enjoy this special day. They gave us puzzles to figure out while waiting for our food which kept us entertained. We ordered the grilled cheese with tomato soup as well as the steak and ale pie. Which were both great but a bit more on the pricey and expensive side. We also ordered a draft beer and peach iced tea which was alright. I also requested an apple pie with vanilla ice cream as a birthday request for my boyfriend. The pie was baked fresh but other restaurants give this as a complimentary gift- nonetheless I didn’t mind paying as I know they gave their best efforts making our stay enjoyable. Our bill is for 2 people.

The manager greeted us and was super friendly, giving us loads of recommendations. The atmosphere and decor are really well done and that even includes the utensils they use and the plates they serve your food in. They really went all out to fit the theme, it wasn’t half baked. The menu has tons of options and many unique things you don’t see in many restaurants in Bahrain. It wasn’t easy to decide but we started with the Camembert, and got the chilli in bread bowl, hand pies, and grilled cheese with tomato soup. The Camembert starter was so delicious and came out nice and hot with a pesto dip. The grilled cheese and soup was simple but delicious, with 4 different cheeses. The chilli was also really nice and a little spicy, pairing super well with the bread bowl. I would’ve loved to try more items and I’ll definitely have the desserts next time I’m in Bahrain. I highly recommend this place and I’m happy to see a new and unique concept in Bahrain!

The service was brilliant, the staff very friendly. I reserved a table for my anniversary dinner with a special request to surprise us, and they didn't disappoint. The medieval music and the ambience is just very relaxing. The food was amazing and didn't disappoint one bit. It really takes you back to the medieval period. The wooden utensils, the cleanliness, and even the setup of the washroom. It's all just mindblowing.

However, I decided to give it another chance. On the positive side, they still have the best onion rings in Bahrain, which were absolutely delicious. We started with the Tex-Mex Nachos, and they were incredible—definitely a highlight. Next, we tried the Crazy Boneless Wings with medium heat, but they didn’t live up to my previous experiences. The breading didn’t stick to the chicken as well as it used to. We also ordered Bone-In Wings with Garlic Parmesan cheese. The taste was good and consistent with what I remembered, and I preferred these over the boneless wings. For drinks, the Cherry Mojito was refreshing and out of this world. The service was great, but the atmosphere has changed. I miss the old vibe with the big wings. I hope they can bring that back.

Every type I tried, from safi to seabream, had an unpleasant smell and didn’t seem fresh. The 'boneless' fish malai even had bones, and one almost hurt me. It felt like the fish wasn’t cleaned properly, or maybe they mixed different types together or used the same oil without properly cleaning it. There was also a delay with our fish order, and others were served before us. However, the waitress was great, checking in on us regularly. On the positive side, the shrimp both grilled and fried was excellent, and the desserts were a highlight, especially the pistachio ice cream and the banana dessert in cream. Soft drinks, sparkling water, and free valet parking were nice touches. While the shrimp and desserts were enjoyable 😋, the bad fish smell 🥲 really impacted the overall experience. They do have a large menu serving indian food. Free drinks for ladies and happy hours are the ones to ask for. They have karaoke nights as well as an in house DJ playing to shake your legs. They do accept payments by card. There is a newly opened family section too. Parking can be a problem during peak weekend hours . Food isn't really the best incase you are planning to come in for dining.

Seating is good and comfortable and there is variety of seating options which is really unique... Ordered few drinks... Prices of drinks were a bit on the higher side I should say and same for food also... Food taste is good and above average... Service was fast as there were less customers... Overall it's a nice place to just casual hangout or chill out you can say with friends if you want to have drinks some music and good food...
