To block the legal process, the owner hid the cubs despite a confiscation order from the Ministry of Agriculture. Social media posts exposing the cubs in cages with paid photo signs made the issue impossible to ignore.
Law Takes Charge
Police called the owner for questioning, while the Minister of Agriculture ordered the cubs’ immediate removal. The cubs were handed over to Animals Lebanon, showing zero tolerance for illegal animal trade and neglect.
