Lebanese Content Creator Kinda Challenges Normalized Beauty Rules

Is it time to hit pause on the beauty rulebook? Kinda, a Lebanese content creator, is shaking up the conversation about cosmetic surgeries and what we call ‘normal’ beauty. With a dash of humor and a whole lot of honesty, she’s asking everyone to rethink the pressure to change their looks.

Challenged the beauty status quo

Kinda spoke up about how cosmetic procedures have become so common that people barely blink at dramatic changes. She pointed out that, these days, plumped lips and altered eyes are everywhere, and somehow, that’s just become the standard. She asked, Can we stop normalizing cosmetic surgeries? and stressed that we’ve reached a stage where natural beauty is almost seen as unusual.

Shared her own experience

Kinda didn’t shy away from admitting she’s tried enhancements like Botox. But she made it clear that the real problem isn’t the procedures themselves—it’s the way people who choose to stay natural are judged. She described how some women are shamed for not wanting fillers or surgeries, and how that pressure is both unfair and, honestly, a little ridiculous.

Called for freedom and authenticity

She reminded everyone that beauty isn’t a rulebook—it’s a choice. Whether someone wants to enhance their features or keep things natural, both options should be celebrated. Kinda wrapped up her message with a call to go back to basics: let’s stop making cosmetic procedures the default, and let everyone feel free to be themselves, inside and out.
