Travelers Luke Damant And Harry Jaggard Share Their Fave Lebanese Spots and Food

Lebanon just got a massive shoutout from travelers Luke Damant and Harry Jaggard, and honestly, it’s about time! From wild parties to mouthwatering food, these two can’t stop raving about all things Lebanese!

Lebanon topped the nightlife charts

During a lively podcast, Harry Jaggard didn’t even hesitate when asked about the world’s most underrated nightlife. His answer? Lebanon, hands down. He painted a picture of epic beach clubs, day parties that roll into sunrise, and clubs that don’t quit until sunrise. According to Harry, it’s the kind of place where everyone’s your friend and the energy is off the charts. Even Luke agreed, calling Lebanon’s clubs “insane.”

Lebanese food stole the show

The food talk got just as heated. When Luke asked Harry for his top five dishes in the world, Lebanese man’ouche with za’atar and jibneh took the number one spot. Harry described the combo of herby za’atar and creamy cheese on fresh flatbread as the “perfect breakfast”—so good, he’d eat it every day.

Lebanese cuisine won the ultimate showdown

The food battle didn’t stop there. Harry flipped the script and challenged Luke to pick his favorite cuisine in a head-to-head showdown. After pitting Indian, Thai, Mexican, Afghan, Turkish, Italian, and more against each other, Lebanese food came out on top—no contest. Luke declared Lebanese cuisine the winner, proving that nothing beats a good Lebanese meal.
