In July 2023, the number of passengers at Beirut International Airport was higher than last year, according to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation.

A total of 924,000 passengers traveled in July 2023, which is a 12.15 percent increase compared to July 2022.

During the same month, arrivals increased by 8.79 percent, with 504,026 people arriving, while departures rose by 16.64 percent, with 419,398 departures.

In July 2023, there were a total of 6,544 flights, marking an 8.2 percent increase from July 2022.
