The Lebanese naval forces successfully rescued illegal Syrian migrants from a boat heading for Cyprus during a rescue mission on Tuesday.
The Lebanese army announced that fifty-four people, including children, were on board the makeshift boat, which was about to sink off the coast of northern Lebanon, when it broke down.
