Lebanon’s ISF Captured the Leader Of Motorcycle Theft Gang

The Internal Security Forces (ISF) recently tracked down a gang involved in motorcycle thefts and armed robberies across Beirut and Mount Lebanon.

On June 28, the branch’s patrol apprehended the mastermind of the gang, A.Q., (Lebanese, born in 1999) with a history of theft, pickpocketing, drug and shooting incidents, in a qualitative operation in the Jnah area.

In a statement on July 3, the ISF announced that the detainee confessed to leading a gang involved in numerous motorcycle thefts, selling stolen motorcycles, and committing armed robberies.

The detainee, along with the seized items, have been handed over to the appropriate authorities. Efforts are ongoing to apprehend the remaining gang members.
