Lebanon’s President Congratulates Government On Confidence Vote
Lebanese President Joseph Aoun congratulated the government, its prime minister, and members on gaining Parliament’s confidence.
He acknowledged the confidence vote granted by MPs and respected those who withheld it, emphasizing that opposition is a right, duty, and necessity in a parliamentary democracy.
