Miss Lebanon Just Crowned First Runner Up At Miss World 2024

Miss Lebanon Yasmina Zaytoun has triumphed once again, securing the first runner-up spot during the 71st edition of the Miss World 2024 pageant, and the Czech Republicโ€™s Krystyna Pyszkova was crowned the winner at the event in Mumbai, India.

Coming from southern Lebanon, Kfarchouba, Yasmina broke all the barriers at just the age of 21, shining over women from over a hundred countries and backgrounds.

She had also been awarded the title of Miss World Asia and Oceania during the competition.

Yasmina impressed judges and the audience with her poise, elegance, charisma, radiant smile, and eloquence during question and answer segments.

She graced the event, captivating the audience with various elegant looks, rocking an exquisite blue gown, and even wearing Indian attire in harmony with the host country.

This win is a stepping stone for Yasmina Zaytoun, who is a journalism student, and Lebanon, especially in the southern area, which is witnessing a glimmer of hope amid all the recent tensions and escalation.

As Yasmina said, this proves once again that the Lebanese can shine through their never-ending resilience.

After her win, she thanked Lebanon and the Lebanese in a special message.

Yasmina’s name trended in Lebanon after her win, receiving congratulations from several figures in the politics, arts, and media industries.

Congratulations to Yasmina Zaytoun for giving Lebanon its second-highest ranking in a beauty pageant after Georgina Rizk, who won Miss Universe 1971.
