The thrilling showdown took place in Munich, Germany, with a lively crowd of 6,000 fans cheering them on.

In a heartfelt gesture, Eid dedicated his triumph to the memory of Kornhas’s late father, earning admiration from the audience, his opponent, and the event organizers.

Firas owes his success in part to his coach, Bachir Maroun, who hails from Lebanese-German descent and stood by his side throughout the fight.

Following his victory, Firas’ family, relatives, and friends threw a big celebration when he returned to his homeland in Lebanon.
