Lebanon Bids Farewell To The Late Artist Ziad Rahbani

Ziad’s mother, Fairouz, appeared dressed in black, supported by her daughter Rima. Fellow artists like Majida El Roumi, Haifa Wehbe, Julia Boutros, and more showed up to honor his legacy.

Lebanon’s leaders also paid their respects, with the First Lady and Prime Minister attending. On behalf of the President, Ziad’s family received the National Order of the Cedar—one of the country’s highest honors.
