The dance troupe Mayyas, renowned internationally after winning America\u2019s Got Talent in 2022, performed \u201cQumi\u201d for the first time in its home country, Lebanon, last night at Beirut Waterfront.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The performance, skillfully choreographed by Nadim Cherfan, showcased Lebanese culture and heritage.<\/p>\n

Unlike its typical mythological and fantastical performances, this piece offered a \u201crealistic\u201d portrayal of the everyday life of Lebanese people.<\/p>\n
