57357 is Egypt’s number 1 Children’s cancer hospital, and it’s on the verge of shutting down due to shortage of donations.

The hospital opened its doors for the first time in 2007 and has been standing on the shoulders of donations ever since.

57357 is one of Egypt’s and the region’s strongest hospitals that specializes in children’s oncology.

The hospital is expected to have the same fate of closing down similarly to its Tanta’s branch.

What’s Happening Right Now

Ever since the economic disturbance in Egypt, the hospital has lost almost 88% of its annual donations and financing.

Officials at the hospital are calling out for help because they no longer can provide equipment or medicine to the children at the hospital due to the raise in the material’s prices.

Now, the hospital only accepts patients aged 22 and under, contrary to its original acceptance age which was 25 before the crisis.

How To Help:

The hospital accepts donations on its website and through bank transfers to its bank accounts.
