Boogie And Tamtam To Return To Theatres

Boogie and Tamtam is an Egyptian puppet television series that first aired in 1983. The show revolves around two siblings, Boogie and Tamtam and the events they encounter in their daily life. It basically revolves around how the two siblings can respond to daily life problems using morality and ethics. The show basically tries to instill morality and ethics within children.
It had been around for 18 seasons before it came to a halt in 2009 when the last episode aired.

The Show’s Return

Recently, Cairo’s puppet theatre announced the return of the fan favorite Boogie and Tamtam to reinstill morality and ethics among youngsters. The show will return to Egyptian theatres sponsored by the Egyptian Director Khalid Galal. Writer Mohamed El Bahgat and Director Hany El Bana are set to be a part of the production team. The date of the show hasn’t been announced yet, but it is said that it will return in 2023.
