A Taste of Koshary: A New Flavor for Araghchi

After a long day of diplomacy, Araghchi decided to explore the local food scene and opted for one of Egypt’s most beloved dishes: koshary. This hearty comfort food was something completely new for the Iranian official.

After taking his first bite, Araghchi couldn’t help but love thee unique combination of flavors. He commented that it was unlike anything he’d ever tasted in Iran—a one-of-a-kind experience that left an impression! But Araghchi didn’t stop at koshary. To finish his meal, he opted for a classic Egyptian dessert: roz bel laban.
