In a loving gesture between Copts and Muslims, Baranba Soliman, priest of the Virgin Mary Church in Al Sharqiyah governorate helped in the decoration process of the village’s mosques to spread thoughts on positivity and unity!
Soliman has affirmed his eagerness to participate in the decoration process each year stating that he waits for Ramadan vibes like his Muslim peers.
He also stated that the relationship is mutual and that his Muslim peers share the same interest in Christian holidays and come to the church to distribute candy on Christmas.
