20 Years Later.. Amr Mostafa Is Claiming Amr Diab Owes Him A Song Credit

Egyptian composer Amr Mostafa continues to stir controversy over his artistic contributions to the works he created with superstar Amr Diab, many of which have achieved widespread success.

In a shocking revelation, Mostafa recently addressed the song “Qusad Einy,” which Diab released almost 20-years ago and which has remained popular to this day.

Taking to his official Facebook page, Mostafa expressed frustration, saying, “Unfortunately, some artistic works, like ‘Qasad Einy,’ which we worked so hard and creatively on, are not receiving proper credit. The song that everyone loves, which you’ve heard across channels and platforms and is still trending, was composed by me. However, my name has been deliberately overlooked.”

Mostafa didn’t stop there. He hinted that some people are attempting to claim credit for his successful work, writing, “There are people filming themselves in studios, pretending a melody I composed in front of my eyes is theirs. This is unacceptable. Intellectual property rights ensure that every artist is recognized for their creativity and effort, and we won’t let anyone take that away.”

He concluded his message with a firm statement: “I won’t name names because actions speak louder than words. My rights are protected, and I will take legal steps to ensure that every creator is acknowledged for their true talents. Your support is what gives us the strength to reclaim our full rights. Soon, you will hear it in my voice.”
