A Building Collapse In Al Wardian, Alexandria Leaves 4 Dead and 3 Others Injured

The West Alexandria District Operations Room received a report stating that Property No. 20, Al-Sabki Street, off Al-Qafal Street, in the Wardian area, had collapsed, and that people were under the rubble.

The initial inspection and examination revealed that the property is an old building, consisting of a ground floor and three upper floors, some of which are inhabited.

The accident caused the crash of two cars and the injury of three others, namely, “Rawhiya Ahmed Fakhr al-Din” and another whose name is being inquired about. They were transferred to Jamal Hamada Hospital to receive the necessary treatment.

The death toll has also been raised to 4.

The necessary report on the incident has been prepared, and it is being presented to the Public Prosecution to initiate the investigation.
