Elham Shahin topped X’s trending charts as controversy mounted over an old video where she discussed leaving a director on set to pray.
The star secured the top spot on X’s trending list with mixed reactions to her comments in the video, filmed approximately two years ago.
Shocking statements resurfaced..
In the video, Elham stated, “I was working with a director who was very normal and ordinary. Suddenly, in every prayer time, he would disappear in a strange way, leaving the cameras rolling and abandoning the actors. He would also take all the workers with him to go pray.”
She criticized the director’s behavior, saying, “Finish the first scene and then go to your room to pray, but don’t disrupt the entire studio. We had never seen anything like that before, stopping work because of prayer time.”
Elham Shahin’s most recent appearance was at the concert of the renowned artist Majida El Roumi, held as part of the Alamein Festival in its second edition this year. The event was attended by a large number of stars from the artistic community, including actor Hani Ramzi.
