After His Actions Shocked The Public… Police Arrested Cat Torturer “Abo Nouh”
After a public outcry to arrest an “Abou Nouh” who tortures cats and animals, Egyptian security officers finally arrested him
A trending hashtag on social media revealed disturbing footage of a man named “Abo Nouh” torturing cats and other animals and then posting the videos online to gain views.
The hashtag “#ابونوح_لازم_يتحاكم” dominated social media platforms after users rallied to call for the arrest of the perpetrator.
“Abo Nouh” who was later found to be a student residing in Alexandria, had posted videos torturing cats, and other animals, in addition to giving tips on how to commit crimes- enticing those with violent tendencies to commit crimes without getting caught.
In one of his posts “Abo Nouh” confessed “I’m thinking of going out to murder someone, just so that I get caught, but I’m scared they would treat me as a mentally ill man. I want to be put on death row, but I don’t want to die suffocated. I want to be executed by shooting.”

His arrest
The Ministry of Interior released a statement announcing the arrest of “Abo Nouh” and revealed details about his life.
After his arrest, he was found to be a student residing in the Dekheila neighborhood in Alexandria.
Upon initial examination of his phone, investigators found evidence that the account belonged to him, in addition to another account through which he published video clips of the torture of people outside Egypt.
Additionally, it was later found that he suffers from a psychological disorder, and he admitted that he obtained the clips that he posted on his account from various sites on the Internet and that he reposted them to attract the attention of Facebook users.
