AI Detects The Facial Features of Tutankhamun!

For the first time ever, specialists have used AI skills in order to generate images of how Tutankhamun’s facial features might’ve looked like!

For centuries, detecting what the young king looked like was on the top list of archaeologists and researchers.

After 3300 years, thanks to modern technology and AI, modern researchers from Italy, Brazil, and Australia have succeded in detecting what he looked like.

How They Used AI To Detect Tutankhamun

According to the Sun’s Report, the researchers used pre-recorded digital models and measurements of the king’s stuffed skull to generate the face, and the results were spectacular.

The Brazilian researcher stated that the face of the king shows the features of a young student, not a king who’s burdened with responsibilities, which makes his personality more interesting!

Egyptologist and archaeologist at Flinders University in Australia and co-author of the study, Michael Habett, explained that our rebuilding of his features was even more surprising!

He states that the features are compatible with the old drawings of Tutankhamun, especially with the Lotus flower head from his tomb treasure.
