Uber Egypt Raised Its Prices!
Amid the economic crisis, Ride-Service giant Uber announced a raise in fare prices. This announcement came before Egypt’s official announcement of the increase in fuel and gasoline prices that is presumed to happen.
The cost of Uber X trips used to start at 9 LE, the official price that was announced in July 2022. However, now, after the Update, the cost of the service starts at 12 LE.
Moreover, there has also been an increase in the Uber X Saver prices, which makes the trip price start at 9 LE instead of 7.80 LE. Consequently, the minimum cost of the trip is now set to be 18 LE instead of 13 LE.
Additionally, an increase in Uber Comfort Service was also announced earlier, making the increase which makes the fare starts from 14 instead of the usual 12.40 LE.
