Dailylight saving time is fast approaching..

The official spokesperson for the Cabinet of Ministers, Ambassador Nader Saad, announced that, in accordance with the recently issued law regarding the adoption of daylight saving time, the legal time in the Arab Republic of Egypt will be advanced by 60 minutes, starting from the last Friday of April until the last Thursday of October each Gregorian year.

Daylight saving time will begin on the last Friday night of October and conclude on the last Friday night of April.

Egypt will continue to observe daylight saving time for a continuous period of 6 months, starting from Friday, October 27, 2023, until the last Friday night of the upcoming April 26, 2024
