Egyptian Channels Cancel New Year Celebrations In Solidarity With Palestine

Egyptian channel officials decided to cancel all celebrations on New Year’s Eve, in mourning for the souls of the martyrs in the Gaza Strip, who were killed at the hands of the brutal occupation forces, since last October 7.

A source told Cairo 24 that The Egyptian channels will not celebrate New Year’s Eve this year, as they have canceled all celebrations in their programs, and will not host singers to celebrate New Year’s Eve evenings as it usually happens every year.

This comes in solidarity with Palestine and to mourn the souls of the martyrs of Gaza.
