Egypt’s Last King Ahmed Fouad II Tours Egypt
Last King of Egypt Returns!
Ahmed Fouad II was formally appointed king in 1952 when his father, Farouk was asked to resign after a military coup. During that time, Fouad II served as king for 2 years, before Egypt became a Republic country.
After that, Fouad left to join his sisters in Switzerland, while his father, Farouk settled in Rome, Italy.
However, recently, the royal family has been spotted around Egypt, and we honestly can’t be happier.
Ahmed Fouad was spotted touring Egypt’s historical sites in old Egypt.
Abdeen Palace, where he was born
Luxor
And definitely the pyramids!
