At a grand ceremony honoring Al Ahly at the Temple of Hatshepsut in Luxor, Dr. Zahi Hawass playfully suggested that the Pharaohs themselves might have been fans of Al Ahly. And just when people thought he was joking, he announced a newly discovered papyrus suggesting Queen Hatshepsut might have actually been a fan!
